Support for functional users of the new system of information in SAP (More than 1500 Backend users and more than 35 000 users of SAP portal).
•Interventions on the following modules: FI,CO,HCM,SD,PD,PA,MM,OM,BW and success factors.
• Admin Success Factors HCM Suite.
-Performance Management
-Objective Management
- AD HOC Reporting
-Manage employees (Manage forms, update information, set user permissions).
-Learning Management System (LMS) roll-out.
• 1st and 2nd level support to users of the SAP system.
• Granting Service Level Agreement achievement for incidents and change requests raised by community of Atos regarding a large scope of business applications.
• Management and resolution of incidents and requests for changes.
•Analyze the user problems by using SU53, SUIM, PFCG
•Effectively analyzed trace files and tracked missing authorization for user's access problems and inserted missing authorizations manually.
•Mass user Maintenance.
• Coordination with global support teams in India on level 3 incidents and the SAP release.
