    2012 - maintenant • Work closely with Project Coordinator to facilitate execution of $3 million in project activity (i.e. social impact surveys for the mining company Rio Tinto, Golder Associates, Alliance Mining Company and Anglo Gold Ashanti); All projects met customer expectations while remaining within established budgets.

    • Supervise 2 field coordinators responsible for field logistics at 2 base camps located in the interior of Guinea.

    • Develop and document Standing Operating Procedures for procurement, warehousing, consultant management, fleet management and project management. Ensure strict adherence to established policies and procedures while promoting continuous improvement.

    • Source and manage the operations of logistics and approximately 100 service providers and subcontractors by providing clear instructions and guidelines.

    • Responsible for cost control in the logistics department through strict measurement and control of fleet cost, fuel cost, outsourcing and subcontracting. Ensure that all vehicles leaving or returning adhere to strict safety and quality standards (damages, cleanliness, etc.)

    2011 - 2011 • Assisted Chief of Project with the planning and organization of mining, oil and gas conferences in Democratic Republic of Congo and Tanzania. Conferences hosted over 400 participants and budget of approximately 500 000 € per event.
