    General Description:

    Essential responsibilities:

    Work closely with sales to ensure them accurate, up-to-date understanding of existing OEM business and identify new opportunities.
    Work closely with sales on current program price negotiation with client as needed.
    Drive opportunities for profit improvement on the accounts.
    Ensure global communication quality and velocity.
    Manage global action list; ensure all requests are captured and handled appropriately.
    Preparation for multi-site QBR's; ensure focus is appropriate and value is reflected.
    Scorecard negotiation and management.
    Serve as single global point of contact when appropriate for the clients.
    Coordinate and direct the management of client business requirements across all account locations to ensure client satisfaction.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and clients executive counterparts.
    Oversee and direct the introduction and project management of new and existing programs and requirements.
    Facilitate senior level involvement in cross-functional issues and drive to closure.
    Attend key meetings as needed.
