I have been interested in Knowledge Management (KM) since the beginning of my career, believing that human capital is an essential value for company innovation and success.
I have practiced a large range of KM activities within large international companies from defining and implementing strategies, to designing, modelling and the deployment of digital platforms.
My specialization is the establishment of new ways of working and processes aimed at improving productivity, quality, creativity and innovation through a collaborative digital transformation and the creation of Augmented Intelligence Eco-systems (the best combination of people know-how and technology). Furthermore, I enjoy managing international teams in which individuals combine their respective knowledge, know-how, cultural practices and best practices. I feel this diversity delivers key creative value.
Finally, I pay particular attention to change management ensuring engagement of our experts fostering a sustainable virtuous cycle of knowledge.
