    Since the 1980s Kingfisher has been transformed from a UK based multi-retail sector conglomerate into an international retailer concentrated on the highly attractive home improvement sector.
    The main retail brands are B&Q, Castorama, Brico Dépôt and Screwfix.
    Kingfisher operates over 1,100 stores in 10 countries in Europe. It employs 79,000 people and nearly six million customers shop in their stores every week.

    My team was specialised on Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Human Resources and Legal departments for any kind of business sector.
    Our Business Unit has been the only one, in the provinces of France, that resisted to the financial crisis and then lived and progressed from 2008 to 2014.

    Interim management is the short-term assignment (6 to 18 months) of a proven, heavyweight, interim executive to manage a period of transition, crisis or change within an organization.
    Most of the time, the goal of an interim management assignment is to handle both a technical challenge as a human one.
    It can be outsourcing of a project that the business doesn’t have the time or skill to cope with in house.
