  • happytal - Assistant site manager

    Paris 2015 - 2016 Happytal offers, concierge services to facilitate the lives of patients and hospital staff. The company also provides recommendations to hospitals in order to improve the revenue from individual rooms. My daily tasks were to sell concierge services to customers, to assist my manager in the operational management, and to mediate between hospital staff and the company.
  • Novotel Dardilly Porte De Lyon - Waitress and Bartender

    2014 - 2014 I was the only seasonal waitress during this period and I learnt a lot about integration and adaptation through this job. I was mostly in charge of the bar: set-up, checking bar supplies, shifts and closing.
  • Metropole Hotel Brussels - Reservation Agent & Assistant revenue manager

    2014 - 2014 Maximize revenue through room reservation by applying proactive selling strategies and action plans in order to achieve the budgeted revenue.
    Apart from the usual duties of the Reservation Agent, I also did the following tasks:
    Preparing necessary data required for revenue budgets and assisting management team in preparing reports for example yearly/monthly budgets, segmentation, pick up, revenue meeting, market analysis, roll in, production FIT and OTA analysis, closing and forecast. Learning of the Fidelio software.

    2013 - 2013 This experience during the summer season allowed me to improve my waitress qualities and become more confident in my work. Main tasks: Establishment of the restaurant, welcome customers, advise clients, Food & Beverage service and Cashing.

    PARIS 2012 - 2012 This immersion in the commercial department of the Novotel Paris Gare de Lyon was very rewarding for me.
    I was able to learn the Commercial work and in particular the "e-distribution of seminars spaces".
    Main tasks: Records control, cold calling, estimates, control of seminar rooms and welcoming groups.
  • Novotel Nottingham East-Midlands - Front Office and Assistant Head Housekeeper

    2012 - 2012 An interesting four months training period during which I learned the job of housekeeper and receptionist in UK. Also trained in Opera.
  • Hôtel de Bourghteroulde - Front Office

    2010 - 2010 During this period I discovered the Front Office department. I learned the foundations and was alone after my orientation to welcome and check-in customers. Learning of the Opera software in English, recording of individual reservations.

    Malabo 2010 - 2010 During these two months I had my first experience in a catering department. One month in the kitchen and another one in the restaurant.
    In cooking: (various sections) grill, pastry, sauce…
    In service: gourmet restaurant, brasserie, mini bar, room service and breakfast room.
