Design and Implementation of new infrastructure systems and services
Support and maintenance of existing systems. Providing suggestions of improvements and developments required for a growing company
Developing own training skills and IT knowledge to match needs of company
Ensure that the infrastructure team meets the agreed incident, problem and request SLA’s
Ensures timely delivery of all service reporting
Monitoring performance of infrastructure delivery on a daily basis and taking evasive action to avoid potential breaches or Service Line delivery issues
Reporting on the quality and levels of service provided
Measuring and driving improvements of the performance of the service components delivered
Ensuring that all company network and physical security policies are followed in relation to the
infrastructure
Develop and Maintain infrastructure documentation
Maintaining a clean and safety conscious area of work, disposing of any obsolete equipment as
per company IT policy
