I started my professional career as an apprentice in new technologies of communications into a small company, I immediately saw that commercial, marketing & communication aspects were the best way to do profitable business. In 2003, after 2 years of university of technologies, specialized in communications & network services, I took the decision to do a business & management school, ESM-A in order to improve key points of my knowledge : marketing & management skills.
I learned a lot about how to take responsibilities, deploy marketing plan, improve turnover by increasing communication aspect and improving customers loyalty by using marketing and information system.
My first job was at FCI, into the Strategic Business & Technology Development department, with extremely ambitious people. I was firstly in charge of the e-marketing & e-business development (exposition network, referencing strategy, online branding, website management : increasing by 2 the number of monthly visitors) during 1 year & a half.
During the latest year, I was in charge of the CRM at FCI and was in charge of a study entitled "How to improve the CRM at FCI"...It was a very impressive and exciting adventure, build around international and local people.
In March 2008, I decided to change my way, by joining SOPRA GROUP into the Business consulting department, composed by senior consultants and junior consultants. I was in charge of 2 missions at BOUYGUES TELECOM and EDF.
Willing to expand my consulting skills at the international level, I decided to join CAPGEMINI , dept. Industry & Distribution in October 2010. We focus on counseling and help our customers to increase their profitability by using information systems. I had the opportunity to work for COLIPOSTE, MAIF, EDF and internally with a presales role (2 proposals for a service center (MAIF) and CRM project (ColiPoste)).
