During the past 19 years, spent installing and selling scientific equipment’s; I increased my skills in analysis, synthesis and sense of management; which are required attributes for business development.
The contact with international companies environment, teach me the stress management, working under pressure, follow up of the procedures and targets achievement.
Working in export territories, helps me to become self-confident, and to develop my communication skills and reporting capabilities within the company.
Seeking for challenges, dynamic and curious, I’m willing to share my knowledge and expertise with my colleagues and my management.
My Tunisian and French citizenships Allow me to move easily between different parts of the world and accomodate different cultures and habits.

    2014 - maintenant Setting up new filing system to ensure better follow up of the service activity including the maintenance contracts implementation and billing.

  • HTDS - LIBYA COUNTRY MANAGER _FRENCH AFRICA SERVICE COORDINATOR

    Massy 2011 - 2014 French Africa, After sales coordinator, I’m in charge of upgrading our service capabilities by the integration of remote diagnostic and repair capabilities; I’m working also on the improvement of our customers satisfaction, by shortening instrument shutdown delays.
    Back to Libya in January 2012 as the Executive Manager of Al Oula (JV Company created following my recommendations in October 2010, between HTDS sas and a Libyan partner); I still coordinating our African after sales capabilities, along with the Libyan market re-launch.
  • HTDS - TECHNICAL MANAGER

    Massy 2011 - 2011 Technical Manager for cargo inspection X-RAY Machines, at HTDS sas, working between France and Equatorial Guinea, monitoring the evolution of a big project with the Guinean presidential security department. I also supervised the installation of demo units in Baghdad for the Iraqi government.

    Massy 2008 - 2011 Based in Libya to evaluate the different implementation scenarios for a HTDS libyan branch, i was in charge of the sales activities development for the analytical (Perkin Elmer). Security (Rapiscan) and radioprotection (Thermo, Ortec, PTW) portfolio
  • HTDS TUNISIA - HEAD OF DEPARTMENT

    2002 - 2008 Joined HTDS sas, to launch their Tunisian branch activity, i was also in charge of the development and management of the service network all over the French African countries

    2000 - 2002 In charge of the development of Mettler Toledo portfolio, targeting the Pharmaceutical industries, At Technolab company; the Beckman coulter Tunisian distributor

    1996 - 2000 In charge of installation, training and maintenance of scientific equipment’s from Perkin Elmer brand, I started and developed the sales of Applied Biosystems Molecular Biology Products Portfolio, selling the first DNA Analysis systems in Tunisia.
