    2009 - 2009 I manage 5 engineers in a technical environment composed of:
    Netapp, Vmware Esx, Time Navigator, Bladelogic Operation Manager, Microsoft SCOM, Linux and Windows Server, Citrix Xenapp, RES Powerfuse

    I am working on ESX 2.x and 3.x (around 30 esx hosts), Vcenter with Update Manager, Vmware SRM (site recovery manager), Netapp FAS with iSCSI and FCP connection.

    CHARENTON CEDEX 2007 - 2009 Responsible for all applications and operating systems running on Microsoft Windows (workstations and servers).

    I manage 11 engineers in a technical environment composed of:
    4000 workstations XP SP2/SP3, 300 2003 Servers, Vmware Infrastructure VI3 (8 ESX servers for production use, 7 for development and test environments), 350 VMs in a Vmware VDI environment, Citrix XenApp and Metaframe XP, more than 1000 applications are documented and supported.

    My responsibilities:
    - Managing and planning of putting new applications into production
    - Designating team members’ tasks
    - Ensuring that the results meet project requirements, especially costs and schedules
    - Intervening -when necessary- to help team members effectively resolve problems
    - Facilitating problem solving and collaboration
    - Encouraging creativity, and constant improvement
    - Coordination with internal and external customers when necessary
