    Ensure the running of the administration, human resources and finance department in project level:
    -Administrative management of the infrastructures required for MSF activities in the project
    -Administrative follow-up of the national staff of the project in respect of the national laws and MSF human resources policy in terms of recruitments, evaluations, disciplinary issues, leaves, etc.
    -Administrative follow-up of the expatriate staff of the project : briefings, debriefings, leaves, evaluations, departures.
    -Regular reevaluation of the needs in terms of human resources in collaboration with the field coordinator and the involved departments.
    -Recruitment and direct supervision of the administrative and financial staff
    -Facilitate the flow of communication within the project
    -Evaluation of the needs and follow-up of the national staff trainings and professional development in the project
    -Implementation of HR trainings for the employees of the project in a supervision position
    -Responsible for the accounting, the budgeting and the management of the financial assets in the project
    -Writing and transmission of the Administration, HR and Finance department reports
    -Active member of the coordination team of the project
