As Auditor my main duties are to:
- Conduct assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end focusing on Group Standards and risk analysis;
- Develop (when necessary) audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives;
- Supervise junior auditors assigned to engagements providing guidance and overall review of deliverables;
- Ensure audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process;
- Communicate issues raised, offering appropriate recommended solutions;
- Obtain and review evidence ensuring audit remediation actions are appropriately defined and implemented;
- Ensure a continuous assistance to help management implementing specific projects in line with Group standards and best practices.

  • Adecco - Senior Internal Auditor

    Villeurbanne 2013 - maintenant Audits conducted as Senior internal Auditor for Adecco Group:
    - Co-sourcing audit with statutory auditors (France / Switzerland): IT General controls, IT automated controls, data analytics and specific projects;
    - Standard country reviews (Brazil / Chile / Poland / Bulgaria / Tunisia / Morocco): review the compliance over Group Policies, identification of process risks and data analysis (Journal Entries / Sales / Purchases / Payslips / …);
    - Audit KPI compliance (France): Review the compliance and accuracy of current KPI and draw recommendation for improvement;
    - Audit Segregation of Duties compliance (UK / France): Analyze business needs and existing mitigating controls to identify SoD conflicts requiring remediation;
    - Audit Procurement (France): Ensure that request for quotation, bidding, negotiation, supplier selection, purchases initiation, accounting and payment are following best practices;
    - Audit Real Estate (France): Review compliance of bidding, selection, negotiation, rent payment, termination, and self-owned properties management processes.
  • KDI Klökner Distribution Industrielle - SAP logistics consultant

    2011 - 2012 As external consultant (from Ernst & Young), I took part of SAP migration project for a main competitor of the metallurgy sector (KDI):
    - Define business needs and processes to identify gaps and draw business blue print;
    - Follow development phases as project management officer (PMO);
    - Define training session supports for Logistic (WM) / Production (PP);
    - Perform SAP training to almost 200 logistic / production platform managers;
    - Direct assistance on the 20 biggest factories to help with logistic / production issue during the go-live phase.
  • CNAMTS - Caisse Nationale d'Assurance Maladie des Travailleurs Salariés - Risk auditor

    2010 - 2011 For a public organism (CNAM-TS: Caisse Nationale d'Assurance Maladie - Travailleurs Salariés), my duty was to ensure for 4 branches that the operating environment and the internal control framework complied with standards such as ITIL or ISO9001.
  • Provimi group - Néolait - Supply Chain consultant

    2009 - 2009 The Group PROVIMI made us responsible to audit its filial "NEOLAIT" in a purpose to optimize logistic costs.

    Our mission consisted to reshape the current logistic framework / network on a national landscape (France). We proposed and assessed 3 different scenarii presenting advantages / disadvantages of each proposition. A cost efficiency analysis has been conducted based on last 2 years production and sales activities.
  • Pôle Emploi - PMO consultant

    Paris 2009 - 2010 Acting as an external consultant from Ernst & Young, I assisted the purchase and controlling department of the Information System Management board to run the daily business.

    I was also in charge to:
    - Follow the budget of the different projects / departments;
    - To implement and manage large scale service contracts (over 4 Millions per year).
  • Sanofi Pasteur - Supply Chain Consultant

    Lyon 2009 - 2009 As an intern, I took part to different activities:
    - Certification "Supply Chain - grade A": assistance to Supply Chain processes (Industrial plan / Procurement / Warehouse management / ...) description and reshaping;
    - Ponctual audits including optimization of the inventory processes following financial gaps.
  • EY (Ernst & Young) - Senior IT Auditor

    Courbevoie 2009 - 2013 As senior IT external auditor for 5 years, I performed different type of missions:
    - Statutory audits for several clients (Algeco / Timken / ABB / Arc International): IT General controls, IT automated controls, data analytics
    - Procurement and PMO assistance for public sector (Pôle Emploi): Assistance for quotation, bidding, negotiation, supplier selection, purchases initiation and budget follow-up (cf. below).
    - Change Management advisory services (KDI / Limagrain): Assistance for the implementation of new ERP system (SAP and Navision). Define business needs, assistance in ERP customization, conduct training session and ensure direct assistance on fields for production (PP) and logistics (WM) areas (cf. below).
    - ISO compliance audits and ITIL best practices diagnosis for public sector (CNAM TS) - cf. below.
    - Supply chain audits (Provimi Group): Cost savings diagnosis related to a decentralization project (cf. below).
  • Kronenbourg - Léodis Boissons Services - Supply Chain Consultant

    2006 - 2006 As an intern my duties were to conduct:
    - A full audit of the warehouse to identify all the cost-inefficient activities and to propose remediations;
    - Propose different scenarii to optimize the delivery network (relocation of factory / modification of delivery tours / ...).
