  • VEOLIA WS Oil & Gas - Lead Piping Engineer

2014 - 2016 SHELL CANADA- CARMON CREEK PROJECT (ALBERTA, CANADA)
    * Lump-sum Contract, Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC). The produced water treatment
system has to meet three performance objectives; produce treated water that meets the Heat Recovery
Steam Generator (HRSG) and Once Through Steam Generator (OTSG) feed water specifications, meet
regulatory requirements for H2S and BTEX in both Boiler Feed water and waste streams, and reduce
the total dissolved solids (TDS) in the feed produced water. The nominal inlet capacity for the produced
water treatment system is 28,000 m3/d (per phase, two phase total).
  • TUBU CONSULTING - Lead Pipe Stress Analysis Engineer

    2014 - 2016 PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT OMAN - 3 SPM's SUPPLY PROJECT
    * Pipe Stress Calculations for single CALM Buoy System fulfilling DNV requirements. Considering
relevant loadings such as riser and floating hose loads, additional to survival load case. Used to check
stress compliance, reactions at pipe supports on turntable piping and structure as well as expansion
joints and nozzle loads at product Swivel unit. The buoy itself is free to move up and down, sideways
and in pitching and rolling motions.

Single Point Mooring (SPM) system which enables the vessel to weathervane whilst it loads or
unloads hydrocarbons, chemicals or fresh water. The two categories of SPMs are as follows:
    - Single point mooring buoy that is designed for use by any trading tanker, and is thus independent of
    the vessel
    - System, such as a turret mooring, that is incorporated within a vessel such as an FSO or FPSO.

WAHA OIL COMPANY - ES SIDER TERMINAL CALM BUOY PROJECT
    * Pipe Stress Calculations for single CALM Buoy System fulfilling DNV requirements. It's designed for
offshore application with water depths of up to 50 metres and beyond. The maximum mooring force is
400 Tonne and this is the most appropriate for the majority of terminals around the world. It consists of
a circular floating buoy anchored by means of multiple chain legs fixed to the seabed by either
conventional anchor legs or piles. The tanker is moored via hawsers to the turntable on the buoy. The
tanker is loaded or offloaded by means of flexible marine hoses from the buoy to the vessels manifold.
The connection between the piping inside the buoy and the subsea pipeline is by means of flexible
    hoses.

based on a series of curved mirrors in parabolic shape that focuses solar radiation on the focal line of
the parabola, where it is a tube that absorbs radiation by circulating a thermal oil fluid that is heated. This
fluid feed two steam cycles of 50 MW of electrical power. SENER has developed for this project, basic
engineering, detailed engineering and has participated in Lump Sum Turn Key (EPC).

    * The La Mède site will include a bio refinery that will produce biodiesel primarily from used oils as well
as vegetable oils. The bio refinery will also produce other molecules, such as bio-naphtha for the
petrochemicals industry and bio-jet fuel. In designing this facility, a new technology developed by IFP
Energies Nouvelles and marketed by its affiliate Axens has been selected, which facilitates the
production of a high-quality biodiesel known as hydro-treated vegetable oil (HVO).

2013 and build up to an annual production rate of 5000 tons per year and represents an investment of
more than 1.2 billion euros (1.5 billion dollars). The mine is expected to have an operating life of over 30
years and it will be the largest mining project ever undertaken in Niger. The deposit covers 8 km by 2.5
km and contains 146,000 tonnes of measured and indicated uranium resources at 0.11% U.
