    * Manage the Projects Services team (circa 15 people) to deliver high quality project services information & reporting (through various pre sanction gate stage phases) to all management levels concerning the Everest & Lomond portfolio of projects :-
    * Everest & Lomond Flotel Campaigns (circa 500,000 direct man-hours).
    * Everest East Expansion (2 Well Subsea Tie-back) ;
    * Everest & Lomond Additional Living Quarters (New Modules Installation)
    * Lomond Bridge Link Platform (Greenfield Platform EPIC)
    * Manage risk analysis process for each project (pre & post sanction).
    * Produce each projects' gate process deliverables (pre & post sanction), including sanction papers, procedures and risk analysis.
    * Project Services interface with Finance & Asset Management
    * Manage Contractor Project Services team circa 30 people (Cost, Planning, Contracts, Estimating, Document Control & Quality).
    * Prepare portfolio performance reporting to Leadership team and Head Office.
    * Work with the Development Team to analyze potential strategic targets.
    * Ensure project estimates & AFEs are prepared with supporting documentation & maintained with robust change control process.
    * Responsible for new cost control & reporting system implementation.
