After several years in the operation within Sanofi in order to gain recognized experience within the Group through:
- the development of a global vision of the Group and its operating modes, with exposure
to business and activities,
- the ability to adapt to diverse situations and cultural environments,
- teamwork with a high level of commitment,
- constant experience sharing (finance training, OPEX initiatives, business value methology, audit and team rotations, training sessions…),
- working methods that promote learning of project management and matrix organization,
- the capacity to communicate at all levels of the organization.
I moved to my current position which allows me :
- to contribute to R&D short and long term objectives and strategy implementation while making recommendations and supporting the best use of the resources.
- to provide to different clients and stakeholders with all relevant data and information they need to foster operational excellence and accurate decision making while ensuring compliance with Company policies
I had also the opportunity to audit and work on major transformation program to redesign our organization.
