After several years in the operation within Sanofi in order to gain recognized experience within the Group through:
- the development of a global vision of the Group and its operating modes, with exposure

I moved to my current position which allows me :

I had also the opportunity to audit and work on major transformation program to redesign our organization.

    Paris 2013 - maintenant - Lead, facilitate and support the Development team to improve and redesign operational processes critical to high-quality and methodologies for efficiency.
    - Drive and promote a culture and mindset of operational excellence and efficiency across functions.
    - Drive and assist in the development of standards and monitoring tools.
    Build, maintain and leverage relationships across the Development area to identify opportunities of efficiency improvements
    - Provide financial stewardship and oversee overall Development financial and budget management (100 M€), in collaboration with Finances and Services.
    - Report to the Vice President Development, with a functional reporting to the Vice President, Chief Financial Office.

    Paris 2010 - 2013 17 worldwide audit assignments on key operational processes (Sales & Promotional activities, Accounting and reporting, Supply chain, Human resources, Research & Medical Activities, Manufacturing…):
    Train internal audit new comers
    Develop new Procurement & R&D
    Participate to the several scoping phase

    Provide key recommendations & highlights to the procurement & R&D upper management
    1) Compliance of processes:
    Ensure that company processes comply with standards and procedures, external regulations and requirements ( National and regional laws and codes of practice, Regulatory bodies, Pharmaceutical associations such as LEEM and EFPIA)
    2) Efficiency of processes
    Assess whether resources and operations are appropriately deployed to reach company objectives
    Help to design efficient processes
    Ensure that company's rules regarding fraud and corruption are respected
    Confirm that activities are managed in accordance with professional ethics standards
  • Sanofi - Purchasing Manager

    Paris 2006 - 2009 Within the Global Marketing (Global Operations)
    - Managed and validated all Global Marketing (Diabetes, CNS, Internal Medicine) and OTC-Generics medical and clinical operation spending (16M€),
    - Responsible for all insourced staff spending (2M€),
    - Contributed on the spend category management,
    - Developed a procurement forecast unit grid tool,
