    for star up of: Low &High pressure Separators, Thermo dyne Low, Medium &Gas Lift and Miscible Compressors, David Brown Guinard Water Injection Pumps, Dilution water system, and also:

    •Control and keep an eye from the control room on all the installation parameters of good running of the installations
    •Start up and Shutdown the Production from the control room.
    •Watch over to keep the optimum conditions of the functioning of installations.
    •Make sure the exploitation technicians intervene when necessary.
    •To be in continuous relation with wells team/ pipelines and exploitation team.

  • Sonahess - Commissioning Start up

    2007 - 2008 Duties included: operation for Control Room on DCS (EMERSON Delta V systems v7.4)
    Construction of the plant according to the design project, commissioning and technical assistance for star up of GCR Project including

    3 boosters,3 gas-lifts and 2 miscible flood compressors (Nuevo Pignone) capacity of 110 MMSCFD whit VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)system.
    Condensate stabilization unit( from off Spec to On Spec condensat,using columm, heater, exchanger).
    Dehydration Adsorbers system ( beds whit ciramic, heater).
    Utility system including:
    Air compressor Atlas Copco
    Nitrogen production unit
    Fuel gas and seal gas conditioning.
    Cold and hot flare system.
    Water treatment unit (deaerator and chemical injection).
    Crude oil storage tanks and export pumps.
    Chiller cooling system.
    Oil Separator.

  • Sonahess - Sinior Operator

    2006 - 2007 My job consist to
    •Organize & supervise all the plant operating shift crew in the Process area, and to ensure safe and efficient operation of the Plant product.
    •Follow permit to work system (hot & cold) and get all maintenance work done.
    •Ensure the safe running of plants and plant facilities, and report all type of accidents / incident or any near miss incidents.
    •Contribute at the shutdown and star up of the installations
    •Use Allen Bradley UCP control system for rotating machines (Nuevo pingnone compressors).
    •Control separators 1er stage and second stage (Petrofac separators), and wells testing.
    •Ensure to keep the maximal efficiency of the facility.
    •Intervene to the installation every time is necessary (close the Valve… etc)
    •Control all the equipment and start shut down.
    •Walk down around the plant and control of process parameters.

  • Sonahess - Process field operator

    2005 - 2006 My job consists to:
    •Intervene to the installation every time is necessary (close the Valve… etc)
    •Measure the Pressure, the temperature ….ETC
    •Provide periodic production reports (every 2 hours)
    •Calculate the bac level, production and export quantity.
    •Contribute at the shutdown and star up of the installations.
    •ensure to keep the maximal efficiency of the facility.
    •Make up the lube oil for the pumps.
    •start up/ shut down oil export pumps.
    •Walk down around the plant and control of process parameters.
    •Well test with test separator petrofac.
    •Gauge storage tank.
    • Operate the facilities in accordance with the instruction from the control room.
    • Report time – to –time abnormalities, failures and take corrective measures according to the instruction from the control room.
    • Trouble shooting during electrical or instrument failure.
    • Collection of samples
    • Prepare equipments for maintenance.
    • Issue of work permits.
    • Emergency shut down.
