Abdelkader EZZAKI

Dr. Abdelkader Ezzaki is one of the national experts on education in Morocco, with extensive experience in managing or implementing internationally-funded education projects. Until October 2015, he was the Chief of Party for Project RASID (Reading for Academic Skills and Individual development), managed by Creative Associates International. From 2009 to 2014, he was Deputy Chief of Party and Senior Training Coordinator, with ITQANE -- another educational development project also with Creative, and from 2005 to 2009, he was a Senior Education Advisor with ALEF-AED, developing and implementing training programs for middle-school system.

In all these (and many other) projects, he developed and made use of such professional skills as: project management, curriculum development and evaluation, educational planning, training design, educational material development, delivery of training using appropriate methodology (especially andragogy), and program evaluation. He brings into these functions his advanced training as an educationist and his academic rigor acquired over several years of graduate teaching and research in different universities in Morocco, the USA and the Gulf region. He also brings his fluent trilingual communication skills (Arabic, French and English), along with his strong sense of professional values and ‘good professional practice’, including team leadership, efficiency in job performance, service to the client, positive communication, integrity, and protection of the team’s credibility.
