I obtained my Phd in Economics at Pantheon Sorbonne University. I have taught for 10 years Macroeconomics, Industrial Organization and Managerial Economics at Pantheon Sorbonne University, Paris Dauphine University, Sciences-Po and Ecole des Ponts Paris Tech. I contributed to the handbook "Keynes and Macroeconomics after seventy years", through a chapter dealing with the determination of a short equilibrium level of Gross Domestic Product, pointing out the existence of an excess of net saving over net investment due to financial instability. I publish articles on the impact of currency devaluation on the resolution of the euro area debt crisis, and on the influence of monetarism on the US Federal Reserve policy. I was also a deputy major in charge of economic development, for Argenteuil municipality, a city with 100 000 citizens, where I have designed and implemented the co-working space 'Silicon Banlieue' and a 'Mecatronic Incubator', financed by the European Regional Development Funds.
