I have gained knowledge and experience in the following fields: front office, – including accounting with Microsoft Money and Excel - can competently use Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Express ; website updates; guest services – including promotion of tourism in Fez and Morocco; and I have assisted with different new developments and projects with Hostelling International - working closely with Mr. Nick Christian (retired), previously HI marketing and development co-ordinator from YHI England.
My experience in the air force taught me independence, self-reliance and teamwork. From my work in the hostel, I have gained considerable experience in dealing with people of all kinds from all over the world. I consider myself to be a patient, considerate person who tries to deal withdifferent situations calmly, with creativity and humour. I speak Arabic, French and English fluently
