Long experience with hydrological & meteorological instrumentation and real-time data acquisition. First, as responsible for procurement, implementation, operation and support of such networks within one of the most advanced National Weather Services in Africa’s developing counties. Later on, as responsible for solution design and bids to countries around the world for hydrological and meteorological networks of data collection and processing.
