  -Follow up on scheduled arrivals at Lomé (Togo), Cotonou (Benin) and Thema
  (Ghana) ports from the time of notification;
  - Follow up on scheduled arrivals of regional purchases from Togo, Benin, Nigeria, etc. from the
  time of notification;
  - Ensure availability of shipping documents 10 days prior to ETA;
  - Field level agreement (FLA) management: ensure correct landside, transport, shipment and
  handling (LTSH) rates are applied in each Field Level Agreement;
  - Maintain relevant internal database on signed FLA costs, particular LTSH budget, for LTSH matrix
