ALGER
Abderrahim AitBara is English Project and SAL Coordinator at British Council Algeria. He started his career at a very young age as an English teacher for beginners and an English story-teller for kids and adults at different private schools in Algiers and Blida. His interests include early childhood education and self-access learning. He is currently also a teacher trainer and responsible for the Algerian English Language Teachers Professional Network (AELTPN) Program at British Council which provides help and support for all English language teachers from different regions in Algeria. Abderrahim was a teacher of linguistics at the English department at Blida2 University. His Masters’ research in applied Linguistics focuses on the improvement of EFL teaching and learning in Algeria for learners with special needs.
