- Réalisation des reportings financiers mensuels
- Participation aux clôtures trimestrielles et aux différents exercices d’élaboration budgétaire (estimés, atterrissage, budget)
- Suivi quotidienne des reportings opérationnels sur différentes Business Units (BU) et création de nouveaux modèles automatisés à l’aide de macros
- Préparation des analyses ponctuelles à l’attention de la Direction Générale et des opérationnels
- Assistance aux opérationnels sur le suivi de leur demande d’achat, leurs budgets et leurs relations aux fournisseurs
- Mis à jour mensuelle des tableaux de suivi des créances clients par BU
- Participation aux diverses tâches inhérentes à un service financier
- Production of the monthly financial reports
- Involvement in the account closure processes (quaterly) and in the budget preparation process (estimated, end-of-year forecast, budget)
- Daily monitoring of operational reports on different Business Units (BU) and establishment of new and automated models using macros
- Preparation of ad hoc analysis to the attention of the General Management and the operationals (directors of BUs)
- Assistance to the latter on the monitoring of their requests for purchase, their budgets and their relations to the suppliers
- Bi-monthly update of the follow-up sheets associated with the accounts receivable of each BU.
- Involvement in the different duties related to a financial service
