    * Support the launch of the first private operator of mobile telephony (GSM) in Algeria. ;
    * Participation as well as IT HELP DESK to start work for the implementation of the computer system of the company. (DJEZZYGSM) ;
    * Administration of 81C TELECOM NORTEL PBX, NORTEL 11C, 11C Mini Siemens HICOM 150 E pro office. ;
    * Technical Support Call Center , using various applications related to large systems NORTEL PBX PBX 81C with free four Type 11C Nortel PBX with E1 ISDN links and ten service center which are connected to the system 81 Master C (voice over IP voice)
    * Administrators of SYMPOSIUM server, manage the routing of call center calls. ;
    * IVR : two types IVR to administer IVR Prime is DialOut with 04 E1 links and the second is the incoming IVR (Customer care 777) with 06 E1 links CALL ACCOUNTING : taxation software. ;
