  • Akamai Technologies - Account Executive

    Paris 2014 - maintenant As an Account Executive, I am responsible for identifying, prospecting, closing and growing new account business. Although I have a select number of established Akamai installed accounts, the primary objective is to drive new sales to large Enterprise or strategic accounts in Commerce/Retail and Consumer Goods territory (including Auchan, Monoprix, Carrefour, Vente-Privee, L'Oreal, Lacoste...).

    My main responsibilities:
    * Execute an industry-driven sales plan, generating and qualifying leads within the region.
    * Work with the assigned Solutions Engineer to articulate, define, and scope sales opportunities.
    * Build a healthy and sustainable pipeline to meet aggressive monthly quotas.
    * Provide hand-off for the post-sale professional services team.
    * Record customer development activities within Salesforce CRM to ensure forecast accuracy and planning.
    * Oversee the customer proposal process and ensure that they address customer requirements.
    * Work closely with partners : Orange Business Services, IBM, Saffron Digital...
    * Maintain good level of knowledge in Commerce technology field : Hybris, Magento, Oracle WCS, F5...
    * Leverage Akamai’s best-in-breed solutions by actively building relationships with counterparts worldwide, and deploying Akamai’s solutions.
    * Supporting and educating Sales, Marketing and other internal departments to ensure that customers get appropriate updates, upgrades and event-oriented solutions.
    * Contribute to the public face of Akamai, attending industry functions, and generally promoting Akamai value.
    * Allocate a minimum of 50% of time to prospecting new account opportunities.

  • Ip-label - Account Manager

    La-Garenne-Colombes 2008 - 2014 Application Perfomance Management Specialist.

    ip-label Newtest provides major companies as well as the public sector with measurement tools to monitor the users' QoE experience on their IT services. Delivered throught ASP or packaged product, it covers availability and performance supervision of all IP services (e-mail, web, ftp, streaming, news, mobile, VoIP), and of business applications (including SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, under Citrix, etc).

    ip-label Newtest also provides high level consultancy for the implementation of key application delivery governance indicators.

    * Identify opportunities and leverage solutions designed for specific customer needs in order to build replicable service offers that sales team can add to the catalog.
    * Sales target over achieved.
    * Current customer and accounts managed include : Arkadin, 3 Suisses International, Euromaster, La Redoute, FNAC, Canal+, Vente-privee.com, Galeries Lafayette, La Française des Jeux, Smartbox.
    * After sales customer care.
    * Follow up with ip-label Retail and eServices Sales teams in Europe.
