My goal is always exceed other's expectations and my own.

My first responsability is bringing employer branding and talent attraction to life. By linking recruitment needs and business strategy, I develop a pragmatic roadmap for attracting talents based on the employer brand. The foundation of this is establishing methods and analytics that are adaptable to the dynamics of talent attraction. Social media is a critical part of that roadmap, and I am excited about the development and possibilities within this area.

My second responsability is design, development, implementation, and monitoring of all training and career development activities in accordance with company strategy.

Training Department (Digital Learning, Talent Development, In-house Development & Elearning) my objectives is to take initiative to assess skills and interests and seek development activities that match needs to identify training and development.
