By linking recruitment needs and business strategy, I develop a pragmatic roadmap for attracting talents based on the employer brand. The foundation of this is establishing methods and analytics that are adaptable to the dynamics of talent attraction. Social media is a critical part of that roadmap, and I am excited about the development and possibilities within this area.
My second responsability is design, development, implementation, and monitoring of all training and career development activities in accordance with company strategy.
