    Rueil-Malmaison 2010 - maintenant Key Challenge:
    Develop breakthrough and relevant innovations that further build Sun brand franchise on mature markets with low-involved consumers.

    Key Achievements:
    - Led the New Product Development Plan on Clean&DishCare platform with excellent results -> highest number of the consumer-validated innovation concepts in the team & in the year.

    - Concepted, developed and launched SUN Expert & Protect (full mix) - the first innovation on Clean&Care platform on the market (fast-track project: 10 months from Idea to launch).

    - Led the fast-track development of Degreasing platform ("Sun Ultra Degraissant"): 8 months from idea to launch approval.
  • Unilever France - European Senior Brand Development Manager

    Rueil-Malmaison 2009 - 2010 Key Challenges:
    1. Challenge the world market-leader on anti-dandruff with a successful mix and gain market share in the assigned geography;
    2. Lead a cross-cultural, cross-country team to ensure the development of the winning mix and successfully launch Clear in new territories;
    3. Reposition & Revive Clear (positioning and mix) in the existing european markets;


    Key Achievements:
    - Successfully launched Clear in Russia (the most successful launch of Russian Operating company!); Targets overachieved by 25%

    - Successfully launched Clear in Romania (+40% overachievement of market share targets)

    - Re-positioned and re-launch Clear in Greece, Portugal and Italy with the new dual-gender architecture; Revival KPIs and market share targets achieved;
  • Unilever Czech Republic - Regional Brand Development Manager

    2006 - 2009 Key Challenges:
    1. Stabilize Sunsilk performance through creative & budget-consciouse marketing activities (2006)
    2. 2007 onwards - moved to manage Clear
  • Unilever South Central Europe - Brand Manager / Senior BM / Category Manager Dove

    2001 - 2006 Challenges:
    1. Manage the second biggest brand of Unilever across South Central Europe on six developing-market countries, within 4 categories Personal Wash, Deo, Hair and Skin.
    2. Lead a team of 7 direct reports ensuring brand’s targets achievement and development support for each member of Dove team.
