    2011 - 2011 i've been there as an intern at the hotel barcelo jandia playa **** in Canary Island, Spain.

    My job was to welcome the customers, explain them about the facilities and the timetables for the activities and restaurants. Then we had to coordinate the different departments for the check out, ccleaning and check in. Finally we were also selling as much as possible the offers of our partner as the reception is the place where there is the most of the contact with the customer.
