Marketing research and strategy: conducting research on strategic markets for operators: online payment solutions, connected TV, 2D Barcodes, mobile entertainment, and forging a plan for multi-operator marketing activities.
Marketing management: chairing multi-operator workshops in order to define products, business development strategies and to create promotional tools.
Promotion and communication: defining a communication plan, organizing conferences, drafting press releases and dealing with the press (interviews), creating websites and improving their visibility in search engines, driving AFMM social networks.
