Technical Support: Following up and analyzing the QoS indicators related to the SMS service, focusing on increasing quality and service availability. Managing and challenging suppliers (Logica CMG & Comverse) in terms of SLA. Monitor performance, reporting internally, escalating key issues.
Project Management: carrying out and ensuring implementation of strategic SMS projects within deadlines. Taking part in RFQ process and selection of suppliers. Negotiating and drafting service contract agreements, including SLAs and QoSs procedures.
Team leading: organizing and coordinating the SMS team (4 people), creating a trusting environment and promoting a cohesive team effort, delegating tasks among the team, proposing solutions to improve Operation Services and organization of the SMS team.
