I am a multilingual professional with 10 years experience in international and multistakeholder environment. I have developed my professional career, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, working for international projects in the field of ICT and children. I have proven track record in the area of project management, fundraising, stakeholder liaison & partnerships management and event planning. In recognition of my accomplishments I was elected Board member for a number of international networks. On numerous occasions I had the pleasure of representing the projects I coordinated at national and international events. Most of them included public speaking engagements. After 9 years career at the leading Polish child welfare ngo I transitioned in 2014 to working as an Independent Consultant.

I am passionate about technology, sustainability and international development. I have a mission-driven mindset and care a lot about the impact of my work thus I am mostly interested in projects which objective is to bring a lasting positive change in the society.

I am a traveler by nature. In my life, I have very been fortunate to have travelled extensively throughout the world, from North and Latin America, through Africa to Asia. I have had several shorter and longer residencies in i.a. Finland, Costa Rica, Russia, USA, UK, Sweden and France.

I am native Polish, fluent in English and Spanish, can get along in Russian, German and French. I am a keen networker with big curiosity for other cultures and at the same time high cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to get on with a wide range of people from around the world. I am at ease with CEOs, Ministers of State and other high profile stakeholders. I listen well and easily build rapport with people.

I represent high levels of commitment and drive, have excellent organisation skills and manage my professional relationships with integrity and judgment.

    2008 - 2013 Elected Board Member to eNACSO (network consisting of over 20 child rights NGOs from across the EU and beyond).

    2005 - 2013 Responsible for projects on children and ICT to empower children and young people to use Internet and new technologies safely and ensure that they enjoy positive online experience.

    Key Results:
    * Cooperated with stakeholders from business, government, law enforcement, NGOs and academia to develop projects on children and Internet & new technologies. Provided expert consultation to stakeholders on child safety policies
    * Positioned Polish Safer Internet Awareness Centre as reference point for all child online safety topics in Poland and leading project in European network
    * Represented project nationally and internationally (approx. 50 speaking engagements)
    * Initiated expert exchange scheme for Eastern European countries and mentored NGOs from the region. Organised numerous study visits: Argentina, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, Kenya, Russia
    * Organised and chaired 7 International Conferences “Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online” (nationally and internationally-recognised event; annually 500 delegates), and Safer Internet Day celebrations in Poland
    * Developed successful proposals for funding, led negotiations with European Commission and managed 5 project contracts; fifth project contract with budget of €480k. Managed team of 7 people
    * Member of Multi-stakeholder Task Force for Child Protection Online in Chancellery of Prime Minister (2009-10)
    * Author of many articles and publications on safe and responsible Internet use
