My experience ranges from an operational point of view allied with managerial and supervisory responsibilities.
 Extensive experience in Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-Up of major projects offshore and onshore sides of the Oil & Gas industry including FPSO,
 Responsible for performing technically correct commissioning procedures safely and within the deadlines, including the Q-records, as defined in the I&T program and I&T plans and within the defined time and cost frame
 Strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as negotiation skills, sense of responsibility and cost awareness
 Capability in networking and in manage projects, result orientation, problem solving, flexibility, and autonomy are required
 Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, as well as customers and vendors
 Organizational and time management skills
 Extensive management and supervisory skills experience with good man-management skills including employee training, safety training and management
 Competent in developing the Commissioning & Startup procedures, execution plan, planning, schedule, Sequence etc,, and developing Operating Manuals & Operating procedures.
 Competent in Execution & follow up and Supervision during Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up Management and Systems handover to the end Users (Operation & Production)
