- Supporting customers to get touch with their own Independent Financial Advisor who can manage his investments or provide him with the necessary information.
- Confirming the correct commission for Brokers so they cannot exceed the allowed charge that client has to pay
- Maintaining the Data base that can serve to more discuss the business with other department we are in liaise with
- Arranging a schedule of training sessions to the new joiners, by providing them with the knowledge in work, and helping them to get integrated by supporting them and making some cases clear for them.
Reporting Fund Accountant: (up from Jan.2014)
- Liaise with stakeholders (Luxembourg, Bermuda, UK) to provide information to the PWC auditors (Trial Balance, Balance sheet, Statement of net changes)
- Preparing monthly report requested by the different authorities (Japan MOF, Mauritius, CSSF-Luxembourg,)
- Preparing the different ad-hoc, monthly, semi-annual and annual Report (French report, Fidelity worldwide Funds)
- Testing phase of the Vermilion-VRS Reporting tool, I’ve participated as Business Analyst at this phase and liaise between the technical team in both India and Luxembourg and the end user in Tunisia and Luxembourg to localize the issue then raising it to be solved to make sure that the end user will produce a complete correct report.
- Reconciliation between Custodian “Brown Brothers Harriman” and our Accountancy data base and taking actions if needed to make sure that no Fund is overdrawn to respect the Pooling structure and the actions “Buys and Sells” at Capital level
