    2014 - maintenant My disciplines with BMS as follows.

    -Work on OPIDIS SYSTEM (technical electronic document management and imaging system developed by ARTESYS International.),& DIW (Document Integration Workshop ) SYSTEM
    -Documents Downloading , Uploading using various site and FTPs given as under.
    -Document Distribution via ECM,PCM (Lotus Note software) for Internal and External Documentation.
    -Preparing WPR & MPR for all the Projects and maintaining records.
    -Preparing Maintaining Records of MDR, DCI, DTN, Correspondence Log registers, Outgoing / Incoming deliverables.
    -Maintain Hard & Soft copy of all the deliverable , transmittal, Documents like GADs, Alignment Sheets, Datasheets, Specifications, Requisition, Plot Plans, Layouts etc for all the -Download engineering drawing, documents from EDEX (Electronic Document Exchange System) and upload on HMEL_DOCS Server and distribute to HMEL Team Members as per DCC Responsibility Matrix…… etc.

  • JGC - QA/QC CLERK

    2012 - 2013 QUALITY-CONTROL CLERK in a big construction project in JGC IN AMENAS Area (tiguentourine), my duties are described as follows:

    • Document quantity, quality, type, weight, test result data, and value of products, in order to receiving, and production records and files.
    • Work on TOMAS system Handling plant handover database so called "TOMAS"=Turnover Management System developed by JGC.
    • Work on I-CMS system (integrated Construction Management System) is a set of integrated information systems including Material Take-off, Procurement, Material Control, Quality Control, Construction Status / Progress Monitoring, Document Control, etc.
    • Weigh products to maintain relevant records.
    • Ensure proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facility.
    • Prepare QC daily report.
    • Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.
    • Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers.
    • Remove from stock products or loads not meeting quality standards, and notify QC management of discrepancies or shortages.
    • Inspect and verify Purchase Order quantities for all inbound perishable loads.
    • Inspect all inbound trucks for signs of pest and rodents before unloading.
    • Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to receiving, storage; identify any issues to QC management.
  • OGEC GROUP - Public relations officer

    2011 - 2012
    • Co-ordinate with Admin for Issuance/ Renewal/ Cancellation of Labour Card, Residence Visa for Barwil staff, In-house Companies staff (150 files). Processing of Visit Visas for staff personal and visitors.in (Ourgla and illizi ).
    • Retention of Staff Passports and Labour cards. Maintenance of leave records, and processing leave applications for staff.
    • using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
    • devising and maintaining office systems;
    • using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;

  • Petrofac UAE LLC - DCC Controller

    2009 - 2011 Administrative Document Controller in a big construction project in In Salah Area, my duties are described as follows:

    • Communication with local technical government agencies such as‐DPP (Mining division), CTC (Civil technical control) ‐ on the work procedures requirements such as the Algerian governmental rules required and their documental sufficiency.
    • Responsible for the interaction of document between project departments in accordance to company work procedures.
    • Responsible on the validation of Different Project Documents as to be valid to be used and followed.
    • Responsible for the on‐date as Built Drawings & Assistance of Project Turnover
    • Responsible for the Project Documental Closeout on both Electronic & official processes & assistance of the Commissioning & Start up requirements.
    • Responsible for the regularity and compliance documentation between Technical Governmental Agencies.
    • Ensure Delivery of all Documentation Requests & Project Archival updates (Electronic & Hard); Equipment Manuals, DP P Dossiers, Drawings, Specifications etc...
