Project: Dukhan Beach House Executing of the Design & Build for Renovation & Maintenance works for Beach
Villa , which is comprised of number of Department Buildings; the site located in Al-Doha, Qatar. The Project
Includes Several Buildings .
Project: Anantara Doha Island Resort is an uninhabited offshore island situated approximately 3 -1/2 Kilometres
from new Doha International Airport (closest main land point) and 11 Kilometres east of Doha City. The proposed
project is to construct, develop and operate a 5 star island resort property.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Evaluating Sub Contractor Invoices , Preparing Work execution and Payment Certificate.
Evaluating Invoices With S.R.V., L.P.O and Payment Certificate For Suppliers.
Quantity Take Off For Procurements some Items.
Prepared Monthly Quantities Executed For Planning Engineer.

Présentation du projet :
Promoteur : La société mixte jordano-qatarie, Trust Real Estate + ABC Groupe (Turquie) montant du Contrat : 250 millions de dollars Délais de réalisation : 30 mois Superficie globale : 280 000 m² bâtis, Début Travaux de réalisation : janvier 2009 Consistance des Travaux : plusieurs bureaux sur une superficie de 75 000 m², des commerces (200 000 m²), des logements résidentiels de haut standing (35 000 m²), des restaurants (10 000 m²), des clubs (15 000 m²) et des hôtels et appartements-hôtel sur une superficie de 25 000 m². Deux sous-sols pour contenir un parking de voitures d’une capacité de 2300 places. Emploi : la création de 3000 à 4000 emplois. Financement : 30% (fonds propre à la société) et 70% (financement extérieur).
Mission : travaillant sur chantier j'avais pour taches :
1. Préparation des rapports journaliers et hebdomadaires
2. Actualisation des rapports d'avancement des travaux (PMS) avec le client chaque semaine.
3. Préparer les éléments de facturation (minutes de calcul, attachement...)
4. Effectuer les mesures et les calculs nécessaires à l'évaluation des coûts des travaux réalisés.

Projet : établissement hospitalier spécialisé (EHS) en cardiologie pédiatrique
Client : Direction de la Sante et de la Population de Tizi Ouzou. Montant du Contrat : 20 millions d’euros Délais de réalisation : 30 mois Superficie globale : 9 hectares, Début Travaux de réalisation : janvier 2007 Consistance des Travaux : pour une capacité de 80 lits extensible, doté, d’un service des urgences, d'un service des consultations cardiologiques, de services d'hospitalisation avec deux unités dont une pour enfants et une autre pour nourrissons. Le plateau technique opératoire de cet hôpital comprend un bloc constitué de 3 salles d'interventions chirurgicales, d'une salle de cathétérisme (exploration avec imagerie), une salle d'électro- physiologie et une autre pour le traitement des affections cardiaux-pédiatriques, en plus d'un service de réanimation et de soins intensifs, d'un amphithéâtre de 300 places, de 2 salles de cours de 30 places et d'une bibliothèque. Emploi : la création de 1000 à 1200 emplois.
