    2014 - 2015 In an international role, I am currently acting program manager for a large Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) development program, scalability 5 million sensors/year over a 5 year lifetime and for a challenging new product Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) development program, scalability 3 million sensors over 8 years.
    I am responsible for the high level project management of the program as well as acting as the key interface between the customer, internal project team and all other internal departments; engineering, production, manufacturing, finance, purchasing & order fulfilment. Main duties:

    • Initial point of contact for the customer for all project, timing, contractual and volume queries
    • Bridge between project leader (technical/product focused) and the Business Development Manager (commercial/business focused) being involved in both sides.
    • Wide project visibility: Technical, timing, commercial and volumes.
    • Follow platform volumes and forecasts to ensure that business case remains viable.
    • Monitor production shipments and EDI to ensure that the company meets customer expectation.
    • Prepare and support customer visits, regular Face to Face updates and product roadmap presentations.
    • Track customer sample and serial orders to ensure prompt payment is made
    • Support the quotation preparation with engineering team and the Business Development Manager.

  • Schrader Electronics - Resident Engineer

    2012 - 2013 As Resident Enginner, I was the interface between Schrader’s Engineering, Quality, Marketing & Sales Dept, and the OEMs, providing for them a technical interface and ensuring technical development met requirements. Main duties:

    • Initial point of contact for all customer technical queries
    • Development Engineer in TPMS and SCR for several OEMs (including hot and cold trip tests support)
    • Liaise with the project leader on the day to day technical project actions
    • Review all technical documentation to ensure customer expectation was met before external release
    • Co-ordinate and manage plant production issues and returns at customer sites with local support if needed
    • Prepare and support bench testing, line trials and production quality audits
    • Support the program manager with RFQ preparation with engineering team

  • Ecomobilys - Chef de projet

    2011 - 2012 Having initiated the project as lead mechanical engineer to “design and validate a roadster chassis” during my 6 months final internship, I was requested by the CEO to continue working on this project after my engineering graduation as project leader, until the release of the first full “Pariss electric car” prototype in Paris international exhibition in September 2012. Main duties:

    • Design the vehicle frame and validate it through a static, dynamic then the first FEA analysis (CATIA & Ansys)
    • Hire and collaborate with a designer in order to create the car bodywork following the CEO specifications
    • Manage 3 group of Engineering School students (From Polytech’Lille) working on 3 different projects related to the Electric car design (Deeper FEA analysis of the frame, Battery model validation etc.)
    • Select and validate the mechanical components (from existing vehicle) to be integrated into the first prototype
    • Liaise with suppliers and partners during moulding the designed bodywork and its final assembly into the frame
    • Monitor the budget of the project and report to the CEO for any cost deviation.
