* Wireline Field engineer:
My experience with BAKER HUGHES as a Wireline field engineer can be summarized into the following points:
• Exceeded industry safety and operations standards when delivering Wireline (Formation & Reservoir Evaluation) services to oil companies in order to better understand their reservoir and better manage its lifetime performance.
• Preparing and coordinating operations at clients’ facilities or at base.
• Client needs analysis: pre-job meetings, on-job coordination with client’s representative and post-job follow up duties.
• Mentoring of Junior Engineers / Training, appraisal & counselling of Field Operators.
• Equipment operational check & basic maintenance.
• Explosive's user certification for petroleum industry applications.
• Executed field operations with 0 Lost Time Injury objectives.
• Average of 3 operations/ week, teams of 3-6 people.
• Plenty capabilities to work in a hostile conditions.
* Wireline Tools:
Acoustic, Resistivity, Radioactive, Resistvity imaging , Acoustic Imaging, Reservior characteristic instrument, Cement evaluation and casing inspection.
* Final year Project:
1. Hybrid Power System with Supervisory Controller: Consist of Studing, modeling, simulating and implementing a Wind turbine, Solar panels, Backup generator and a storage system. All thses elements where combined together in a form known as Dc-Bus system forming a Complete Hybrid power system.
2. Fluid controller: Based on a microcontroller a fluid level controller application was accomplished.
The application is simply filling the fluid from one tank (main) to another tank that is located in a different place, this is done by sensing, monitoring and controlling the level of both tanks. Temprateur and date is also monitored.
