PhD in Biology and specialized in immunology of human reproduction with special interest for patients with recurrent implantation failures in in vitro fertilization (IVF) and infertile patients with polycystic ovaries syndrome (PCOS), MSc in Biotechnology with Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) specialty focused on fertility cryopreservation. Self-motivated with extensive research experience, skilled in all aspects of IVF, micromanipulation and a range of molecular techniques and cellular cultures including: Laser zona drilling, preimplantation genetic diagnostic (PGD), Sperm genome decays tests (DNA fragmentation by Tunel, Chromatin decondensation by Aniline Blue Assessing and Aneuploidy by Fluorescence in Situ Hybridisation (FISH)), Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMC) isolation and culture (for immunotherapy), cumulus and granulosa cells culture, in vitro maturation, oocyte and embryo vitrification.
