My primary research interests are in the digital communications, wireless and mobile communications and signal processing areas. As we know that the wireless communication systems know a huge development, as a result of the strong competition of the companies and the requirements of the customers in terms of multimedia data transmission, constant and reliable connectivity, high data rate and extended battery life. This allowed the emergence of a new wireless networks generation (the fourth and fifth generation) to support a high data transmission rate and to meet the required level of quality of service (QoS), in environments more or less hostile to the propagation of radio waves.
My work is part to improve the quality of wireless transmissions under energy constraints. The objective is the implementation of the new strategy for reducing fluctuations in OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) modulations that largely used in the wireless transmission systems with high data rate, in order to reduce the power consumption in radio frequency transmitters.
