  1999 - 2008 Soachlore manufactures chlorine and its derivatives in west Algeria.
  My mission as QHSE Lead was as follow :
  
  * Control and monitoring process, measurement, analysis and improvement to demonstrate products conformity : raw materials, products in process (semi-finished) and finished.
  * Ensure the conformity and active participation in improving the quality management system
  * Focus on prevention program and puting in place strong HSE training.
  * Search continues improvements or renovations to achieve an optimal level in terms of industrial Hygiene, safety and Environment.
  * Ensure Emergency response plan is updated and functional
  * Conduct inspections and audits and recommend corrective actions
  * Train and coach HSE staff and ensure knowledge transfer.
  * Participates in goverment conferences and provide inputs
  * Conduct internal quality audits and recommend corrective action with focus on customer for better service delivery.
  * Report all environmental aspects and prepare action plan accordingly. ;
