    2011 - 2012 * Ensure a transition of operational control (including, all relevant assets and employees) of Medinah
    Airport (in KSA) on the Effective Date without any interruption in the provision of any Airport service.
    For my part I was, mainly in charge of:
    * Collecting Background information about PMIA Airport all data with regards to maintenance, O&M
    manuals and procedures, Environment, technical staff, national standards and regulations...
    * Assessment of the existing O&M manuals and procedures, installation, equipment, infrastructure and
    human resources (Airside & Landside)
    * Establishing of maintenance manuals and policies ;
    * Conduct the Environmental studies (Baseline report, Environmental management plan and Env. And
    social impact assessment
    * Outsourcing the maintenance and preparation of the OM contracts
    * Inventory and handover of PMAI facilities
