2012 - maintenantI support the use of infrastructure Development DISFE and assure the continued operational status, warnings, production, developments of the business scope of the infrastructure, servers, etc. (approximately 250 facilities and 2,300 imaging systems).
In parallel, I am in charge of mini-projects, such as the integration of new hardware, mass deployment tools, patches, reorganization, and optimizing the resources usage. I determine the action plan and ITIL process.
• Analysis of security events (firewalls, sensors, LDAP ...) that may affect the integrity of the SI.
• Exploitation of security: centralized management software suite with the McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator,
maintenance plans, incident management.
• Being the primary contact point with IT suppliers.
• Reporting: creation and management indicators, update technical documents and maintenance requests.
• Establishment of operating procedures using ITIL V3.
• Continuous Improvement.

2010 - 2012As a project manager, I was responsible for all power plants in the EST region (29 hydro and one nuclear power stations). I audited networks and their analysis and provided the target folders of Technical Architecture (DAT) before starting the installation and migration to the new infrastructure. At the same time, I worked on upgrading the infrastructure, which is made by two teams Cottel networks under my supervision). The key points of the project:
• Full analysis of the project including dealing with suppliers and impact for the users.
• Leading the operational team (10 team members).
• Designing the global architecture.
• Full risk analysis.
• Planning and coordinating the operations.
• Supervising the progress of the project.
• Monitoring and assisting in the migration and the recovery.
• Negotiating the tender and quote with the suppliers.

2010 - 2010Responsible for the set up, training and management of the ERP for the IT service. My role was to help optimize the SI after the merger by creating new operating procedures. After analyzing the behavior of different services, I contributed to the control of various infrastructure projects. I installed, configured, and managed application support for continuous improvement. To succeed, I maintained a communication plan on the new SI facilitating the coordination between the teams, I wrote operating procedures and set up an Intranet.

Project Manager: Migration MS Office suite – The stakes in an alternative.
My mission was to provide the impact of deploying MS Office 2007 and propose an alternative. After a full audit, I proposed to the SI to use another office suite that met 90% of the needs. The remaining 10% was
complex macros developed by engineers. I conducted studies for each case to respond to the requirements.
• Full collection and revision of the detailed requirements for the SI.
• Analysed the client’s requests.
• Identified all the risks (Excels files contain macro).
• Proposed solutions for the macros files.
• Wrote the specifications documents for each macro.
• Prototyped and tested the solutions.
