I conducted the projects on 5 areas of development :
1) Complete outsourcing of the maintenance: work with consultants for Europe (Cegid, Lectra, Romans Cad, Bodet, Kelyo, BO. Cheek...), for the USA (Opentext, Bo technology, Stellae...).
2) Wholesale : implementation of the erp Orli (by cegid) for the french & Croatian manufactories (Forecast, SCM, production management, M.E.S), sales management & accounting system for the USA subsidiary(MAS) and the administrative office in France (SAGE). Manage the B2B project with the agents all around the world (Australia, Europe, USA). Follow the world users' requests to improve the systems. Manage EDI project. Manage the outsourcing of the logistic in the USA.
3) Retail : implementation of CBR (by Cegid) for Europe and USA (Migration to Y2 in progress). Main subjects : Sales objectives, sales periods, loyalties, CRM, inventories... Manage B2B project with Japan Arche subsidiary.
4) E-business : Manage the project B2C on a Magento platform with a web agency and Cegid (for the webservices) + PIM to maintain the commercial proposals (asynchronous system, less than 30mn to update the web site). Open the retail orientation to the cross channel and the e-reservation. Sales proposals organisation based on the product ranges and not only on the seasonal catalogs.
5) Business Intelligence : implementation of Business Object. Creation of the universes, reports and broadcast.
