En résumé

En poste depuis bientôt 17 ans au sein du même groupe, j’ai donc décidé que je devais redynamiser ma carrière en me relançant sur le marché.

Mon but à court terme est de retrouver un poste de contrôleur opérationnel et financier avec une perspective d’évolution et à long terme un poste de CFO / responsable financier au sein d’une entité du groupe.

Mes atouts par rapport à mes prétentions sont les suivants :
- 17 ans au sein du Swatch Group, connu pour sa rigueur et sa forte culture d’entreprise. Dont :
- 12 ans d’expérience à l’étranger, dont 8 en comme general manager d’une petite structure autonome de 15 personnes et d’une équipe multiculturelle.
- 5 ans d’expérience en Suisse en tant que corporate controller de plusieurs marques (Omega, Breguet, Blancpain …), sociétés de production (Nivarox …), de services (Swiss Timing …) et de distribution (Amériques, Afrique du Sud).
- Support financier et opérationnel auprès de ces structures, aide à la résolution de problèmes.
- Coordination entre les équipes managériales de ces entités et la direction générale du groupe.
- Expérience d’une organisation internationale matricielle, complexe et multiculturelle.
- Assistance dans la réalisation de projets à portée locale et transversale au niveau groupe.
- 4 langues (français, anglais, allemand, portugais) parlées et écrites couramment.
- Prêt à voyager régulièrement (y compris à l’étranger).

Ma seule contrainte est de continuer à habiter en Suisse Romande, pour assurer l’éducation de mes enfants.

    - Analysis of the results, reporting directly to the Group CCO
    - Support and consulting to the Group companies
    - Control of the corporate compliance
    - Coordination and controlling of specific corporate projects

    - Brands: Omega, Breguet, Jaquet Droz
    - Distribution: All affiliates in North and South America plus South Africa
    - Services: Swiss Timing, ST Sportservice (timing & scoring)
    - Production (in the past): Nivarox, Golay (calibre components), Comadur (sapphire and ceramic components), Ruedin, Favre & Perret, Meco (watch cases and components)

    Compliance: Improvement / standardisation / implementation of corporate rules:
    - Stock valorisation (abatements and other depreciations, precious metals)

    1997 - 2009 Responsible of a local organisation of 14 persons:
    - Management of the daily operation in a multicultural team
    - Recruitment and training of the employees
    - Salary negotiation and payroll management

    Administration of the daily activity
    - European wholesale and retail distribution structure using a mathematical model of remuneration (commission curve)
    - Detailed follow-up of the transactions: orders, purchases, sales, returns, special actions
    - Control of compliance with the official price lists
    - Management of the inventories of all Brands at SKU level: quantities, values and all master data

    Financial analysis of the business
    - Calculation of all Cogs and inventory values at SKU level, abatements, turnover analysis, master data maintenance
    - Benchmarking analyses on the invoices, provisions and other liabilities reported by the commission agents
    - Weekly analysis of the liquidity and financing needs
    - Periodic financial reports to the Group CFO and Group Treasurer

    Management and coordination of all Company's internal and external obligations
    - Commission contracts with the European commission agents
    - Tax reports and obligations towards the local and European authorities (income tax, VAT, Intrastat and other statistics). Resolution of the occasional issues
    - Management of the local and international relations with the lawyers, auditors, tax authorities and other official entities
    - Organisation of the Company's board meetings, general assemblies and other management meetings
    - Relationship with Group HQ, Brands HQ and Countries management

    Accounting, reporting and financial statements
    - Accounting at most detailed level using ERP Microsoft Dynamics SL
    - Monthly reporting and consolidation of the activities of the European organisation, detailed by Brand and Country (over 120 profit centre units)
    - Calculation and reporting of the yearly and monthly budgets
    - Calculation and reporting of the biyearly forecasts and latest estimates (revised budgets)
