    Hired to be an application engineer responsible for Cellular Wireless Modules certification according to regulation in LATAM. Increased the role to business developer, executing market analysis of different segments and creating services unit.
    - Created and performed internal presentations (roadmap, unique selling points, competition and market analysis) as well as external technical trainings to support direct and indirect sales teams on exceeding sales revenues on 140% and keep the # 1 position with market share above 70%
    - Specified, negotiated, implemented and operated the first innovative LATAM pre-certification Lab (US$0,5million investment) from a M2M module supplier to offer customer value added services.
    - Developed and presented a business case to the company top management (including the company CEO) focusing on strategic investment on services market. The solution focused on the vertical Mobile Media/Digital Signage /Automotive market lead to the negotiation of a US$ 30 million contract.

    Madrid 2007 - 2008 Hired to be member of the consulting team responsible for the definition and implementation of the Regional O&M Process on 13 Latin American countries with fixed and mobile operations.
