    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Managing the new Web Applications and Systems Integration skills centre
    • Implementing the group’s first e-commerce platform,
    • Ensuring the longevity, smooth running and development of the e-commerce platform which was made available to group customers and distributors (in France and abroad),
    • Building and managing an integration platform (an integration platform via web services and a “screen” integration platform – integrating a “Single Sign On” market functionality),
    • Managing applications assigned to the field – 30 web or mobile applications including internal and external portals, the collaborative portal (in Sharepoint) and the content management platform (UCM).
    • Spearheading the company’s implementation of new technologies, and supporting the other domain in the application of web and 2.0 technologies.

    The company’s major and pioneering achievements include:
    • Setting up a ‘Private Cloud’ in Oracle VM.
    • Implementing an integration solution for external applications (in SAAS mode) with the company’s internal applications, based on the “Single Sign On” solution.
    • Implementing agility in development areas by implementing a software factory (SVN, Hudson and Sonar) and the application of offshore and onshore “Scrum” agile methodology

    Neuilly-sur-Seine 2002 - 2007 Positions hold (Highest to Lowest):

    Prime contractor coordinator (Design and Operation Departments) (2½ years) (3600 m/d)

    • Functional and technical overhaul of the commercial information system of two group entities (AVENIR and JCDECAUX SA) in the J2EE environment (1½ years).
    • Responsible for the maintenance of the new system following the overhaul (one year) with a team of 9 employees.

    Quality and Processes Project Manager (1½ years)

    • Industrialisation of information system interfaces (quality and processes of development and production delivery)

    Technical Project Manager (1½ years)

    • Overhaul of part of the decision-making system (150 m/d) in the Oracle/Business Object environment (management of 3 employees)
