For the past 10 years I have handled various management responsibilities within the domain of Business Process and Information Technology Outsourcing industries. I am managing an OTC team at the Finance Business Division of Coca Cola European Partners.
I define myself as a professional dedicated to managing business operations and reaching client's goals with the help of an exceptional team. I strive to support my team in developing and achieving meaningful results for both sides. My multicultural experience includes working in complex, multi-site environments (Americas, APJ, MEMA regions). I am working currently exclusively for the French market.

I am managing a team in the Accounts Receivables Finance division in a Shared Service Center structure. My team focuses on the timely payment collection and disputes solving.
My experience in IT outsourcing business included HPE and DXC Technology structures, where I have managed a Pre-Sales team for the Proposal management and Graphics piece. My team delivered project management service and quality content, in the solutioning work on large European deals.

Previously I have managed Customer Service teams in Eastern Europe and Asia, delivering for one of the largest retailers in North America.
I have been in charge of a French web and mobile developing company , for 3 years, leading its business from Sofia, Bulgaria.

    2007 - 2008 BioMarine, the first global forum on the Sea, was first organized in October 2008 in Toulon and Marseille in the south of France.
    Under the direct authority of the Prime Minister, the French “Secrétariat Général de la Mer” assigned the French Presidency label to BioMarine as “A European marine and maritime vision across the world”.
