Attracting and engaging diverse talent to Apple through community engagement programs and employer brand management across the UK, Spain and Sweden. This included:
• Building and executing the attraction strategy for the UK, Spain and Sweden on a quarterly basis.
• End-to-end project and program management including the delivery of over 70 events and campaigns, performing market research, vendor management, budget allocation, branding, logistics support and ROI analytics.
• Promoting and strengthening Apple’s Employer Brand by organising virtual and physical events, attending career fairs and delivering keynote presentations.
• Managing digital marketing channels through social media and third-party partners. Creating new campaigns, composing campaign briefs and working closely with the centralised Marketing team.
• Developing partnerships with education institutions as well as diversity associations and communities.
• Establishing and maintaining close relationships with over 60 partners across the UK, Spain and Sweden, acting as the key Apple contact. These partners include education institutions, government organisations, as well as inclusion & diversity associations and communities.
• Managing the recruitment process for Apple's graduate program in the UK: the Apple Store Leader Program.
