    Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes 2017 - maintenant Entire creation of Acrelec brand new factory based in China.
    From a team of three persons, I have got the opportunity to build and organize every departments and functions to start a new stand-alone factory in order to produce and supply self-ordering kiosks sold on local market and all around the world. With today a team of more than thirty five collaborators, our production capacity have become essential for Acrelec Group prosperous business expansion.
    In addition to the extension of our production catalog and capacity, open projects are creation and implementation of a Quality Management System and KPI over all functions, plus setting up a new Design office.
    Products and factory are UL and CCC. By the end of 2019 our factory will be certified ISO9001:2015.

  • FC Electronics Co., Ltd. - CTO

    2014 - 2017 Responsibilities of Chief Technical Officer has been added to my position of NPI/PM Depts. Manager.

    I have to examine short & long-term needs of our organization, and utilize capital to make investments designed to help company reach its objectives of almost quadruple its productivity from 400k products year to 1.7M/year in 2014. In 2015, I succeed to reach a productivity of 3M products per year.

    Through my technical leadership, I am responsible for putting in place and growing my technical team and infrastructure to take our products into market, starting with product road-map definition, implementation, quality assurance & support.

    I am Internal & External Auditor for our company. I succeed to get ISO9001, moreover certify our plant NF & CCC.

    Since end of 2015 I started to setup our new ERP system Navision, and I created and now lead our new R&D department.

    2011 - 2014 New Project Introduction Department Manager

    ✓ Quoting the projects, define solutions (packaging / methods)
    ✓ Develop & validate the first samples through direct communication with customers & suppliers through specific controls & methods.
    ✓ Follow every production for critical products and audit suppliers to control their processes
    ✓ Setup or create test benches & assembly tools
    ✓ Implement the mass production launch of newly introduced products
    ✓ Perform / Supervise the necessary controls during sampling phase both on SMT & assembly lines (LRC measurements, verification of SMT program & components specifications to be loaded in SMT machines’ feeders)

    ✓ Draft and finalize the Work Instructions necessary to implement the mass production of products
    ✓ Design the production lines and implement their organizations in the workshops
    ✓ Define methods & packaging for organizing products on pallets for transport by sea or by air
    ✓ Define the Incoming, In-Process and Outgoing Quality controls for specific products
    ✓ Train other departments when related to production methods
    ✓ Supervise the definition of the QC checklists to be made on SMT / assembly lines
    ✓ Continuous improvement on Production Line and Quality department
