  Boulogne-Billancourt 2015 - maintenant Work with the project leader on the creation of the planning for the development of electrical and thermic powertrains. To do so, I organize regular meeting with all the actors of the project (technics and supports) in order to gather information about the current and future tasks to do and integrate them in the projects planning. I also have to respect the delays and milestones of the project and then, have to find solutions when facing uncertainty or difficulties.
  
  - Advise the Project leader at every milestones reviews
  - Weekly reports on progress and activities to the project leader, sponsor and to the team
  - Synthesis of hard points and technical information
  - Organization of meetings
  - Assure a good communication between all the actors of the project
  
  I'm also working in the establishment of standard planning :
  - Synthesize the RETEX of pilot projects to create a standard
  - Verify estimations with technics in order to have a viable and flexible enough baseline

• Les entrepreneuriales - Chargé de Mission

  2014 - 2015 "Les Entrepreneuriales"​ is a free "learn by doing"​ program which aims to raise awareness among students about entrepreneurship in parallel of their current studies.
  
  The teams are assisted by volontary coaches, experts (attorneys, chartered accountants, business developers and entrepreneurs,
  
  Each month, they are invited to discuss about entrepreneur's issues in workshops and events.
  
  In 5 months, they have to produce a business plan and to defend it in face of a Jury composed by professionals.
  
  As a project officer, I was in charge of the sponsoring, the communication (roadshow in the different Universities, Schools of the region), the organisation and the animation of the program in the region Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur.
