    2013 - maintenant As Project Manager I am supervising three years programme focusing development of local community-level action plans and program-targeted actions related to governance sector, thought environmental and water san protection; moreover, I am developing coordinated mechanisms for project and activities implementation and reports for donors; identifying appropriate mechanisms to draft tender bids for local contractors, negotiating contracts/agreements with them; tracking financial expenditure of all program funds in area of responsibility; I maintaining records in accordance with program and Oxfam standards. I am ensuring that project Oxfam's role and mandate in the country is appropriate to the operating context and position Oxfam as partner of choice and a significant contributor to the local development.
